1. Who We Are
Homeland Travel Agency LLC ("Homeland", "we", "us") is a licensed travel agency based at Office 120, Saca Building, Al Maktoum Hospital Road, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email and in-office interactions.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the service, we collect: contact details (name, phone, email); booking details (travel dates, destinations, traveller counts); visa-application data you provide (passport details, residence status, supporting documents); event ticket reservation details; and recruitment application details (role, experience, nationality, CV).
3. How We Use It
We use your information to prepare quotes, process bookings and visa applications, arrange event tickets and transport, match job seekers to roles, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only where a service requires it: airlines, hotels and tour operators for bookings; consulates and visa centres for applications; employers or households (with your consent) for recruitment; and government authorities where the law requires it.
5. WhatsApp & Communications
Much of our service runs over WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms. We contact you about your active enquiries and, only with your consent, occasional offers — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Retention & Security
We keep records only as long as needed for the service and for legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Documents are stored with access limited to staff working on your file.
7. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. Contact us at homelandtravels90@gmail.com or +971 56 977 1109.
8. Changes
We update this policy as our services or the law change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
