1. About These Terms
These terms govern services provided by Homeland Travel Agency LLC, Dubai ("Homeland") — including holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, visa assistance, Umrah packages, UAE activities, event ticketing and manpower recruitment. Booking any service means you accept them.
2. Quotes & Bookings
Quotes list all inclusions and are valid for the period stated on them. A booking is confirmed when the stated deposit or payment is received and confirmed by our team in writing (including WhatsApp).
3. Prices & Payment
Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise. Fares, hotel rates and government fees can change until ticketed or confirmed; the final quote you approve is binding. Balances must be settled before travel documents are released.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges follow each supplier's fare, hotel and operator rules, which are stated on your quote. Government visa fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of decision. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
5. Visa Services
Homeland prepares and files visa applications; decisions rest solely with the relevant consulate or authority. We do not guarantee approvals, and service fees cover preparation and handling regardless of outcome.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid passports (6+ months in most cases), correct names on bookings, health requirements, and complying with destination entry rules. Check documents on receipt and report errors immediately.
7. Event Tickets
Event passes generated online are reservation requests and become valid for entry only after confirmation by the Homeland events desk. Confirmed tickets are non-transferable unless stated.
8. Recruitment Services
In line with UAE Labour Law, candidates are never charged placement fees. Employer terms, replacement guarantees and timelines are set out in individual supply contracts.
9. Liability
Homeland acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and operators; their conditions of carriage and service apply to the services they deliver. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us, except where UAE law provides otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai.
