Outside of Ramadan, Umrah can be performed at any time of year. Here is what is generally required for pilgrims travelling from Dubai.

When is the best time to perform Umrah?
Umrah can be performed at any time of year. Winter (November to February) generally offers the best balance of comfortable weather and reasonable pricing. Summer months are cheapest but very hot.
